Does art have purpose? I don’t know the purpose of all these poetries. People may read them, may get inspired, they may be helpful to some, but none of these is the purpose of my poetries. They have no burden of having any specific purpose. They are free, really free from having any obligation of being helpful, meaningful and purposeful. Art is free from purpose. Art’s isness is its beauty, not its utility.
